my dumb brother

so my brother has been so bad today. maybe all the week.he broke a ornament .he biteing our fam. table.  and also has a habit of baning his head on the floor.my dumb brother!

schools in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

School starts in 2 more days and I'm sooooooooo excited!  My teacher is Mrs. Garner and I'm going into the 3rd grade this year.  My best friend Paige is in my class.  We both have the same outfits except mine is pink and Paige's is red.  We are going to wear them on the first day of school together.  The outfit is cute.  It has a long shirt with a collar, the shirt has a blingy design on it. A matching plaid skirt. A tie. And knee high socks to match.  I have all my school supplies and alot of other cute clothes.  I get my hair cut tomorrow and my father's blessing for school on Tuesday.  I can't wait for a fun year of school to start.

baptism

So my baptism was June 5th.  I was really excited and happy.  I had an interview with the bishop and he asked me lots of questions.  Me and Daddy practiced alot so I was ready.  I got a really nice pretty white dress to wear.  I wore the pretty white dress during the first part when I listened to the talks.  Then changed into the primarys dress for the baptism and then back into my pretty dress for the confirmation.  I thought the primary dress was really pretty too.  I asked Grandma Jan to say the prayer, then Grandma Carla said a talk about baptism, and then Brett gave the second talk about Confirmation.  In his talk he told everyone I used to call him "girly man".  I forgot I used to call him that.  Then Mom took me back to the dressing room to change dresses, then Daddy baptized me.  The water was really really warm.  And I remember all the little kids got to sit up front to see me.  It was really fast and I didn't even have to do it twice!  I changed back into my pretty dress and went back into the primary room.  We had to wait for Dad to get ready, he took a long time.  Everyone kept making jokes about Dad drying his hair...Dad doesn't have hair!  Daddy said he was curling his hair.  Then I got confirmed by Daddy with Grandpa Joe, Grandpa Rod, Brett, Spencer, Grandpa Ez and Grandpa Arch.  And that felt really cool too.  Then we went home and changed and we had a nice dinner with all the family at Grandpa Joes and Grandma Jans.  Lots of family and friends came to see me.  We think about 55!

Training Wheels

Last week  I  got  my  training  wheels  off!!!!!!!  I was scared to try but I was proud and happy when I finally rode all by myself.  We went down to my elementary schools blacktop where it is flat so I could practice.  After we went and got some icecream cones to celebrate.  We even took Grandma Jan and Grandpa Joe with us.  (some  pictures  will  be  coming  soon.)

turning 8!
